FYI: My husband forbids me to attend the Naqshbandi mosque. I would like to go to Friday prayer to help work through what the baya has revealed in me.
Last night I dreamt the local Nasqhbandi Imam whom I have met and someone with him asked me what was wrong with me, I don’t remember what I said except let’s recite Fatiha and we recited it. Then he invited me to a gathering-lecture where we were going to learn how to make bread and I was very happy. There were many people and lots of white chairs. I was looking for a seat where I would like to sit and then woke up. Jazakhallahu khair for the interpretation and to know if I can disobey my husband in this matter.
Even Umar b. al Khattab (Allah be well pleased with him) did not dare prohibit his wife from attending the mosque due to the explicit hadith saying “Do not prohibit Allah’s maidservants from attending the Houses of Allah”. Bread here means spiritual sustenance, growth, blessing and faith.
