Question:
Assalamu Alaikum. In a gathering I shook hands with a very pious, humble Shaykha, there I felt almost a electric shock in my fingers & bottom of my heart which has left me really worried,upset as I must be a bad person. Pls help why this may have happened

That is the tajalli of the Divine Manifestation through that waliya, as Allah mentioned in the Holy Quran:
فَلَمَّا تَجَلَّى رَبُّهُ لِلْجَبَلِ جَعَلَهُ دَكًّا وَخَرَّ موسَى صَعِقًا فَلَمَّا أَفَاقَ قَالَ سُبْحَانَكَ تُبْتُ إِلَيْكَ وَأَنَاْ أَوَّلُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
When his Lord manifested His glory on the Mount, He made it as dust. And Moses fell down in a swoon. When he recovered his senses he said: “Glory be to Thee! to Thee I turn in repentance, and I am the first to believe.” Al-A’raf (The Heights) – 7:143
The word used in this verse is sa`iqa which means, as Mawlana Shaykh Hisham Kabbani has often explained, “to be shocked nearly to death.” This dream is a sign you have true faith in awliyaullah and inshaAllah that will continue to manifest in more worship of Allah swt and more encounters with awliya.
