I dreamt I was traveling on a gray goose-like bird over open blue water in which I could see sharks swimming in sets of threes. We landed in a warehouse-like area on top of a large container. Steps appeared and I left the bird, of whom I was frightened, on top of the container. As I was asking for water for the bird (I was scared of it, but grateful it had carried me), it turned into a winged gray ape that stretched out on the box to rest. What does this mean, are these creatures real in some way, or was it just a weird dream? Note I’ve been sick with relapsing fever and two viruses for almost two months.

It means Awliya’ullah are protecting you and carrying your burdens. And that through their blessings you will be safe insh Allah.
You may try to pay sadaqa daily even a small amount as it keeps away problems and also cures.
