I would like to ask you regarding Islamic’s point of view on alcoholic parents. The mother of a Muslim friend is an alcoholic and also practices witchcraft which she calls “white” but is audhubillah shirk. Considering there are no relatives in the country, what can the daughter do that she has a job and can afford moving out on her own? Is it permissibile to move out in a neighborhood where Muslims live and if not can you please make dua for her to find a suitable understanding husband so she can move out.
