Is my Katib el Kitab valid anymore?

Question:

I have had katib kitab done 2 years ago. We did not have nikkah (I am still a virgin) and I still live with my family. I have been waiting for him the past two years to finish school and find a job and that is why we didn’t have the wedding yet. He’s been struggling to find a job to this date.

During the past 2 years he has said the (talaq) word twice in two different situations while we were fighting and he was angry. He would then come back to me and say he didn’t mean it and I choose to forgive him these two times.

Is our katib el kitab valid anymore? Do we have to do it over? If not do the last two times he said it counted?

Could God block his rezkk due to him being angry at us? Please give me duaa.

Answer:

A`udhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajeem
Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem

You are not married. In order to marry this boy you are to have a Wali’s permission, one to perform your nikah contract, mahr, and two Muslim witnesses.
