Question:
Salaam…I got married 5 months ago. Me and my husband are completely averse to one another. I’m Sufi/Naqshbandi who loves deen. Whereas he prefers to listen to music, go out with friends, and not bother about me. Only 2 months into the marriage I sensed another girl’s involvement and kept patient and another 2 months later found proof. This is when his parents got involved. He said it won’t happen again but just this week I read his texts and emails which he has been sending talking about me to his ex, calling me a ‘ninja’ because I wear the hijab, expressing his love for her and vice versa. I calmly told him I’ve read his messages and instead of explaining anything he just started calling me nosey. I believe good things come to those who are patient but how much patience can one have..I want to walk out of the marriage..What do I do?
