I have one question for bones from either chicken or meat: If we live in a house where the trash pick-up is only once a week, is it OK to burn the chicken bones?

Answer:
Burning animal bones is permitted if there is need, since it is done in agricultural practices to prepare traditional fertilizers or electuaries which are fed to animals.
