Question:
How may days we have to stop sex before and after the menses period.
Answer:
1. The husband has to stop having sex with his wife with the first sign of menstrual bleeding.
2. One is not allowed to have intercourse with his wife before she performs ghusl. If one did so before she performed ghusl, he is to ask Allah for forgiveness. He can give charity as an expiation for both of them doing so in the past.
