Is having a child through surrogacy arrangement halal, especially when someone cannot get child due to medical issues or natural reasons? Surrogacy is an arrangement in which a woman carries and delivers a child for another couple or person.

Treatment where a third party is involved is completely forbidden. AID, AIM and surrogate motherhood is foreign to the spirit of Islam and therefore unlawful.
