Depression, Anxiety, and OCD
With in the past three years I have started this behavior that I can not put an end to. I like to clean my ears and pull on my ear. I have approached a Muslim psychiatrist and after listening to my entire situation, she has concluded that I have slight depression and anxiety. She has prescribed me medicine. I have heard MSH saying that depression is caused by lack of faith and it is the shaytan. I would like to try an Islamic approach in healing my depression, anxiety and my skin pulling. Can you please ask MSH to make dua for me and with great humility I request a wazifah (recitation) for me to say?
Thank you and Wa Saalam
Mawlana Shaykh Hisham is praying for you. Recite 1,000 Salawat daily on your tasbih (prayer-beads).
