At https://eshaykh.com/fiqh-of-ramadan, you said that if moon has been seen in one region, other regions are bound to it irrespective of distance between them. If the regions are in different countries, is it still bound? e.g. London & Paris.

Every region may also follow their own sighting or calculation, as is the practice worldwide.
