About the Pseudo-Sufi Bifatima from Kazakhistan

Question:

Selam wa Alaykum ve Mevlana,

I see some videos about Bifatimah in documentary about Sufis in Kazakhistan I’d like know if it is a pseudo-Sufi because their methods of healing include nudity and rituals similar to those of shamanism and other heresies that has nothing to do with Islam

What the Ulema have done to stop these syncretism occurring around the world? For I have seen many people who call themselves Sufis and practices are prohibited in the Koran itself, such as separation of husbands, play spells for couples, using drugs to change states and because of them the correct targets are Wahabis. I would appreciate an answer on this.

Answer:

`Alaykum Salam,
What is described is unacceptable to Muslims or Ulema or Sufis.

Hajj Gibril Haddad
