Is it possible for the devil to whisper in the ear ” I am the messenger of Allah” – as a mirage to deceive ?
Will the people who have seen SAWS in dream be untouched by fire & are they special to SAWS due to which Allah shows his Habib in their dreams.
Answer:
Yes, it is possible, as others have claimed more than this: Pharoah declared ana rabbukumu ‘l-`alaa, “I am your lord most high“. (Surat an-Nazi`at, 79:24)
What is not possible, according to many authentic ahadith, is for Shaytan to come in the image of Rasoolullah, sall-Allahu `alayhi wa sallama.
We hope and yearn that anyone who touches, sees or hears Sayyidina Rasoolullah, sall-Allahu `alayhi wa sallama or smells his blessed scent, would be protected from the Fire, but Allah Alone is Guarantor, and I have not heard such a statement from `ulama, and Allah Alone knows best for both these questions.
