Salam alaikum,
what is better? Fasting the 3 white days, the 3 black days or just thrice any monday or friday (if it doesn´t fall on a white or black day) a month? I mean if one want/ can only fast thrice a month.
2. Any reward fasting black days?

Fasting Mondays and Thursdays when one can, and fasting the white days when one can, for example on alternate months.
