What is being moved when reciting La ilaha illallah

Question:

Mawlana said to us to make our head follow the movement of “something” being moved from under the navel to our forehead and to the right shoulder and finally to our heart while reciting la ilah illallah. What is the “something” that is being moved? The point about two fingers wide under the navel is called “chie hay” or bahrul qudra of microscopic size, in the Chinese tradition. It is the storage of nature’s energy (Rahmat Allah?) which we collect while inhaling. The infinitesimal light of Rahmat Allah that we absorb, should be place into the heart as the final placement. Is this correct? And what about if we recite Allah Allah? Should we storage it directly into the heart?

Answer:

Mawlana Shaykh Nazim said to the Mexicans who were asking him about the Nine Points: “Where are we from that knowledge? It is sufficient for us to say [and he gestured with his hand like a music director]: ‘Hasbuna Allah, Rabbuna Allah; Hasbuna Allah, Rabbuna Allah.'”
