So the office right now has a job which is to design a Casino. Is that Halal thing if my boss give me this job to do, or I have to refuse to do it? Shokran

If you are sure that it will be a casino and there is no other main use for it then it is haram for you to help build a place that will be used for the spread of sin and misery in the land, because means have the same status as objectives, and whatever is sure to produce haram is itself haram. Ask for another assignment and they will understand and respect your position. More importantly, Allah Most High will provide you and your family better rizq in dunya and akhira.
