Question:
Assalamu aleikum,
I have problems with anxiety when I am in stressful situations. Sometimes the anxiety causes me not to sleep and I lose weight because my stomach hurts and I vomit what I eat.
Can you please recommend some prayers or tasbeeh that will help when I become overly anxious? Thank you very much.

Recite Ya Lateef x100 daily and the Salat al-Tibbiyya:
اللهُمّ صَلِّ عَلَى سَيِّدِنا مُحَمَّد
طِبِّ القُلُوبِ وَدَوائِها
وَعَافِيَةِ الأَبْدَانِ وَ شِفَائِهَا
وَنُورِ الأَبْصَارِ وَالْبَصَائِرِ وَضِيَائِهَا
وَرُوحِ الأَرْوَاحِ وَغِذَائِهَا
وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَبَارِكْ وَسَلِّمْ
Allahumma Salli `ala Sayyidina Muhammadin
Tibbi ‘l-qulubi wa dawaa’iha
Wa `afiyati ‘l-abdaani wa shifaa’iha
Wa nuri ‘l-absari wa ‘l-basa’ir wa diya’iha
Wa ruh al-arwah wa ghidha’iha
Wa `ala Alihi wa Sahbihi wa Barik wa-Sallim.
O Allah, our Lord! Send blessings on our master Muhammad,
The medicine of hearts and their cure,
The health of bodies and their healing,
The light of eyes and insights and their illumination,
The soul of souls and their food,
And upon his family and companions, and send peace.
