Please, could you tell me,when we recite the first part of the Katham Kwajagan, is it a must, to recite the exact numbers of Surat Fatiha(7), salawat(10), Alam Nashra(7), Al Iklas(11), Fatiha(7), salawat(10) or can there be variations in their numbers?

These numbers were not chosen at random and it is up to the khatm leader to shorten it if he sees a wisdom in it, such as scarcity of time.
