How come it’s difficult to reach you shuyukh through phone? we can donate online everywhere but we can’t contact you thru phone. i had an urgent question and needed du3a urgent but eshaykh takes 2 months to get an answer (then the situation grow or disappear from itself when we waiting ure answer what to do) khair insha allah.Only Allah huwa Al Hadie.next time i will direct make sujud and ask direct from Allah instead of waiting 2 months.Allah respond faster and more powerful.wa alaykum salam.

Since you have such a direct connection for guidance, why are you complaining on how long it takes?
You must be aware that dozens of requests come in daily, all of which need time and attention. Imagine if everyone who liked could pick up the phone and call the Shaykh directly, he would do nothing but answer calls. Alhamdulillah at least they have provided this facility by which we can get our questions, prayer requests, etc., answered.
