How can i get ijaazah in Shariah and fiqh? I live in Belgium and there are no real shuyoukh here.

Europe is filled with many Shuyukh; you may travel and spend time with knowledgeable ones whenever you can and ijazah at this point is secondary. You should focus on suhba, `ilm and adab.
