Question:
ASA,
Respected Shk Haddad. Please advise as if I’m your sister/daughter. I’m 3_, unmarried. I blame my parents for not trying enough for my marriage at the right age. I live in N. America, educated and financially supporting myself. I am too lonely, have strong desires, and too afraid of being lonely all life. Everyone of my age is married with kids, and this feeling of being left out is killing me. I tried on my own to find a match but got manipulated. My family is unable to find a suitable match for me. When I make dua or offer wazifa for marriage, I feel Allah has not destined marriage for me. I’m too depressed, lonely, abd physically frustrated. What should I do? Also, I have just came to know about this site and shk. Nazim, what should be the strong rationale for me to take online baya?
Answer:
First, forgive your parents as they are the most deserving in all creation of your mercy, and resolve never to blame them for anything anymore. Forgiveness will lift away depression. As for everyone being married with kids it does not automatically means they lead righteous lives, and that is the priority of every sensible person. Trust in Allah and do your best, He will send someone right your way in sha Allah. As for online bayaa it is a spiritual opening offered by Mawlana Shaykh Nazim (Allah bless his secret) in this day and age so I cannot recommend it enough. Then you can also visit his deputy Mawlana Shaykh Hisham in Michigan and he may facilitate a blessed match for you in sha Allah.
