Assalamualaikum,
I am [private], I would like to request for a istikhara regarding my marriage. I am married to a man called [private], his father is [private] and his mother is [private]. He seems to be a good person at heart but he claims to be under influence of black magic. Nothing is working out for us in respect to his job and business. Currently he is unemployed. My father [private] passed away last month and my mother [private] does not think this marriage to be promising or this man to be reliable. I am confused as to what to do. Should I come out of this marriage or should I stay with him? Please help.

Help him to your best ability with love and patience as you said he is a good man. Keep your salat and remind him of his religious duties. In sha Allah he will improve. May Allah have mercy on your father and grant you and your mother patience, and may He support your husband to build up the family in the way that is best for both of you.
