My husband hits and beat me up when he’s angry. We have been married for [private] months now but he never had intercourse with me even though he claims that he loves me. I don’t want a divorce as I loves him a lot. Please suggest some dua and zikr for me.

Answer:
Alaykum salam,
You cannot love someone who has nothing but harm to give you. Allah Most High said “Do not throw yourself into destruction.” Tell him to stop beating you and report him to the police and your relatives if he does. As for the issue of intercourse you need counseling because it is the cornerstone of a healthy marriage.
