Alaykum Salam,
It is a wife’s right to have her own private living space, including kitchen and bathroom. It is a husband’s duty to provide that to her and she is not obligated to share it with anyone. Recite Ya Razzaq, Ya Karim x100 daily and ask Allah to give you a better arrangement so she can come back and be happy with you.
