Dream:
Assalamu Alaykum,
I had a dream where my father and I were walking in a field. Suddenly, I saw a yellow/white snake and said hello to it. My father said to be careful, I backed away from it slowly. My father went after it and killed it. Then another snake came, and my father again went after it and killed. Another snake came, and my father insisted on going after it, showing me how to kill it. I had a feeling to disengage and go away, but my father insists on fighting them. This time the snake bite him and he kept fighting it. I was wondering why he kept going after the snakes.
Can MSH please make dua for me to be a Muhsin and excellent servant for my parents and be with Imam Mahdi?

Interpretation:
Audhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajim
Bismi-llāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīm
Wa `alaykumu s-salāmu wa rahmatu l-lāhi wa barakātuh,
Seeing snakes in a dream means enemies and in this case the snakes/enemies represent the bad manners of the ego.
Your father in this dream represents your Shaykh who is protecting you and cleaning you from your sins, guiding you how to eradicate those bad manners and carrying your burdens (biten by the snakes)
