Allahumma Salli ala Mohammed(saws) wa Ahl e Mohammed(asa)
Selamun Aleykum,
As that Mevlana is connected and receives directly from Resulallah(saws), who is infallible, does this not mean that the Awliyah are also, as perfect conduits, transmitters infallible? If not please explain why?

Answer:
Alaykum Salam,
Only Prophets (Anbiya) are infallible (ma`sum). As for non-Prophet
Awliya we do not say they are infallible. Rather, it is a big enough
blessing that they are protected (mahfuz) through tawfiq of Allah.
