Wa `alaykumu s-salāmu wa rahmatu l-lāhi wa barakātuh
First you need to make intention to have a halal relationship meaning marriage as there is no such things as boyfriend and girlfriend in Islam. Second you may recite the dua of Sayyidina Dawood (`aleyhi ‘s-salam) and if she is meant for you, she will come back to you insh Allah .
