I have been suffering from anxiety and nervousness in home, work and Public. It has affected my self-esteem & confidence.
I live in a non-Muslim country and every day is a struggle – please share some positive dua.

If you lived in a Muslim country you might be in much worse situation – just look around.
When you feel nervous or agitated, go make fresh wudu, pray 2 rak`ats and then sit and recite la ilaha ill ‘Llah 100x and darood/salawat 10x, you will feel much relief and tranquility, as Allah has assured us:
{those who believe, and whose hearts find their rest in the remembrance of God – for, verily, in the remembrance of God [men’s] hearts do find their rest-} – 13:28
