I dreamt the man I love was kissing his wife’s toes and then his wife was counselling his friend’s pregnant wife..after that the man I love was saying congregational prayer in my dads room..hes says he loves me and his wife is pregnant. I gotta know next day.

If this man you saw in the dream, is the same man you love in your daily life, then maybe is not the right person for you.
The dream indicate that you will only have difficulties in this relationship. If a man tells a woman in a dream that he loves her, it usually means the opposite.
