Answer:
Let me first emphasize that the Hanafi, Maliki, and Shafi`i jurists hold that it is reprehensible (makruh) for Muslim men to marry a non-Muslim woman if they live in non-Muslim countries.
However, all schools of thought strictly prohibit a Muslim woman from marrying a non-Muslim man.
