I am currently living in Los Angeles, CA with my two young children (5 and 7 years old). I would like to know if there is a place in Los Angeles or online where my children can learn Arabic (written and spoken) and Quran?

Best place to ask is your local masjid. Learning Arabic or to read Holy Qur’an online is not really feasible. This holy knowledge needs a living teacher in front of the student.
