Audhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajim
Bismi-llāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīm
Wa `alaykumu s-salāmu wa rahmatu l-lāhi wa barakātuh
It means that you will soon have an opening in this dunya and receive some rizq (provision). The two girls in the dreams represent dunya rizq and the water and your mother are representing Allah swt ‘s blessings and mercy.
