I am struggling a lot to achieve progress in my life ( health , getting married , education) but I fail over again . I see many dreams including water, ocean or a lot of water under our feets. I would like to know if it has a meaning JK

Water, especially the ocean, indicates heavenly knowledge. Seek heavenly knowledge (m`arifatullah) by attaching yourself to a guiding shaykh (murshid kaamil), and Allah knows best.
