Don’t worry, that is the greater jihad, to fight Shaytan and to fight the nafs. Keep fighting even though you feel completely overwhelmed and defeated. They want you to give up, so don’t give them what they want. Seek the help of a living guiding Shaykh (murshid) for spiritual support.
