Assalaamu Alaikum,
If i pronounce ن like english ‘n’ and ر like french ‘r’ not arabic, is my Salah valid like this if my makhraj is wrong but sound correct and also if i doubt if i did fard tumanina in salah,is it on me to repeat as i pray fast sometimes.

Neither one of the two aspects of pronunciation mentioned affects the validity of recitation, and as for tumanina then doubt is not enough proof so the prayer is correct.
