I am writing for the first time and please do answer my question, it’s new. I have been engaged to my cousin who lives in Canada for three years now. But there seems to be no talk of marriage. What do i recite to get married? Can you advice something?

Recite Rabbana Atina fil Dunya Hasanatan wa fil Akhirati Hasanatan wa Qina `Adhab al-Nar to your intention. The best advice is to move on, as three years elapsing are a sign that there is no divine permission there. Allah knows best.
