1) Can a caliph just go and enslave innocently living peoples in village?
2) under what conditions, circumstances a, king can enslave people ?
3) is it permissible to marry more than 4 wives for him?
Answer:
1) No he cannot.
2) After a justified war conducted per the laws of conflict and as an alternative to slaughter. No one in Islam can be enslaved other than as war captive whom no one ransoms.
