Sometimes when i pray out loud i feel my heart racing and i feel my heartbeat in my ears so loudly and if i make a mistake in my salat it sometimes beats louder and when i pray quietly it’s not that loud or it’s quiet. what’s the reason?

It is from emotion and helplessness at the divine speech. Continue and give thanks whether such feelings diminish or increase as it is part of spiritual progress.
