Dream:
One night I had a dream a man with a black suite walked towards me with a military walk, left right.
He looked like a business man and stepped toward me and looked me straight in the eyes shook my hand and said I am Rasoul Allah sallalahu alaihi wa salaam.
And he was without a beard.
He told me where you want to go to Jordan or Syria, I said Syria.
He pointed with his hand and said Syria is that way.
I was alone and walked in the dessert and an old woman with hijaab told me I could stay at her house.
I started to feel panic and asked the woman .” But then what I am going to do”. Because I imagined staying alone in a room at her house.
She replied in English , Bussiness with clothes.
Interpretation:
wa `alaykum salam,
Congratulations on such a blessed dream. Sayyidina Muhammad (s) is giving you direct guidance to take up business, perhaps trade with/in Syria, dress and act like business-people do today, not like a Sufi/dervish, and you will be supported by the du`a of the Prophet (s). You in turn, should support the way of tariqah by giving sadaqa from your halal earnings and keeping the way of discipline as indicated by walking in military style.
Getting Prophet’s handshake means congratulations for defeating your ego and holding to Islam and insha-Allah seeing the Prophet (s) in the dream, as our mashaykh have taught, means you will be protected and in security in seven different dire situations in dunya and seven in akhira.
