Question:
Salam, i am a lady, during Hajj when i came back from Rami Jamarat on 10 of Zull Hajj i took bath at around 10 30 am and removed my Ihraam, while i got message from tour operator that the Sacrifice for all Hujaaj in the group completed at around 12 30 pm.

Waalaykumussalam.
Removing ihram is valid and the hajj is valid even before sacrifice as long as any two of three matters are completed:
(i) rami Jamaraat;
(ii) shaving or cutting one’s hair;
(iii) tawaf of ifada.
