Hello, my name is [private]. Currently in India. I have watching Sufi live for the past year now and in many videos I have seen Sayyidi Maulana Shayk Nazim, may Allah bless him, asking people to recite Dalail. Do I need any special permission to recite?

There is full permission for anyone to recite the Dala’il from Mawlana Shaykh Hisham Kabbani.
