Dream:
salam, i had 2 dreams.
1) Me and my husband were at doctor surgery, we were going for a check up we have had no children. All of sudden i saw oranges and i started making juice out of them i gave a glass to my husband and took a glass myself, it was really sweet and refreshing.
2) i had twin daughters without any pain, i was so happy and was thinking of what to name them. They were so beautiful fair and hazel eyes.
in reality i have been married for 5 years and dont have children, my mother prays for me alot and always says to me that i will have twins. Please do dua for me as i am always crying and upset. Jazakallah.
Interpretation:

Insha-Allah that doctor represents Allah’s shifa, through Allah’s Beautiful Name and Attribute ash-Shafee, and orange juice signifies restoration of health, satisfaction, and prosperity. Seeing giving birth to twins will insha-Allah, come true.

1) both of you make intention that as soon as they get pregnant they have to slaughter 3 goats or 3 lambs: One with intention as a gift for Prophet (s), one with intention as a gift for Sayyidina Shah Naqshband (q) and one with intention as a gift for Sayyida Nafisa at-Tahira (r).
2) recite 300 x istaghfirullah every day to take all obstacles that are between both of you in order for Allah to let you have children.
