I wanted to know if the 7007 Naqshbandi Saints are a total of 7007 from the past and the future totalling 7007 and no more, or if they’re present every moment where if one saint were to pass away another saint were to replace them.

Mawlana Shaykh Hisham Kabbani has explained this number is fixed and that when one dies another replaces him.
