I am a young unwed adult lady and would like to go visit mawlana Shaykh Nazim in cyprus with my brother and sister. I have baya with the shaykh and was going to ask permission from the shaykh for travel, however wen I asked my father for his permission he said it is not jaiz (permissible) to go and gets angry.
is my dad correct? and what should I do?

There is certainly permission to go visit Mawlana Shaykh Nazim as you are accompanied by your mahram. However, if your father refuses permission, it is important to obey, he may know better than you.
