if I slaughter sheep for the pregnancy of my wife, so that everything inschallah goes well , can I keep some of the meat? If yes, how much I can keep, and how much I have to give away and to what kind of people, poor ones or neighbors or brothers?
Answer:
`Alaykum as-Salam,
Distribute one-third for your home, one-third for the poor and one-third for relatives. Slaughter again and distribute in the same way after delivery for `aqiqa.
