I need help coz i seem 2 b losing focus nowadays. i dnt ave da strength 2 pray n i cn sit 4 hrs watchn t.v. i had stopped watchn films n lstng 2 musik bt m goin bak 2wards it. plz help me get focussed on my prayers n my weekly n daily Dhikr which is nt happening jst nw.i seem 2 b enveloped in sum sort of darkness around me most tym n m jst nt getn da enthusiasm or energy or determination, plz plz plz help me

It sounds like you know your problem. The only thing you need is to dig up the willpower to overcome the nafs, which loves to be lazy and simply enjoy life, with no responsibility. Ramadan is the best time to break bad habits and re-turn your focus to Allah swt. Make yourself fast by getting up for sahoor and then keep all the prayers, this will re-establish worship in your life and you’ll be too tired to watch a lot of TV.
