I asked the same question almost 5 months ago but got no answer. Please tell me if you do not know or do not want to answer, at least I know what happens.
The question was if there is a way to identify the ALIF in a surah in Al Qur’an.

Alif and all the other letters are identified through oral transmission from a qualified master.
