Question:
My sister in law has been living in our house with my parents for nearly 6-7/8 years, recently she has been creating a lot of frustration but i dont know whether it is me as everything she does annoys me. i am always saying that she needs to move out as having her in the house doesnt make me like her much and rather makes me hate her, my brother who is her husband does not really contribute to the house and i feel that they are capable enough to move on. What should be done about this?
Answer:
Keep your good manners with your brother and his wife and try to be patient. {Verily Allah is with those who are patient.} (al-Baqara, 2:53)
If they are not committing sins and they don’t have bad manners there is no reason to nurse hatred towards them.
