My wife had a dream of being on a train, and when she was about to leave the train with our kids she saw a sea of water. Then she was climbing and found it difficult to climb because she was holding our son in one arm and also because it was slippery from the water that was around. Then somebody kept saying to her “your womb has broken”.
Please could you help us understand this dream.

Interpretation:
audhu billah mina ‘sh-shaytani ‘r-rajeem,

The womb (rahm) here shows the mercy that comes from the spiritual connection from awliya to Prophet (s) (Rahmatan lil `alameen) to Allah (ar-Rahman). Stay on the train of awliyaullah, as the stormy seas outside are too difficult to weather alone. And Allah knows best.
