Assallamualaikum,
For sometime whenever I do dhikr Allah seriously, feel this energy tingling sensations rushing upwards along spine to reach up to the spinal cords. I like to know if this energy is same as what shaykh Hisham mentioned in the Sufi energy healing. As it gives tingling effect, I feel a bit disturbed whenever I have this feeling running along spine and same time worried if its positive or negative energy. At times, it tries to move upwards further than spinal cords but couldn’t. Kindly help me to be aware. wassallam

It is positive energy, as all energy resulting from dhikr is positive. You > may change to salawat when this occurs then resume later, if uncomfortable.
